Wade Hobson
Founder & Director
With over 23 years in finance, Wade has raised capital and driven ESG-focused innovation across technologies, agriculture, and advanced green building materials. For global investments he secures, Wade actively contributes by serving on company boards, supporting strategic growth and governance. In 2019, he co-founded Wandarra Pty Ltd, an innovative hemp-based processor of advanced building materials and high-protein foods. Wade served as CEO and Chairman of Wandarra until 2023. The company currently holds a valuation of AUD $61.5 million.
Mary Hobson
Founder & Director
Mary is a IT & management professional who has worked with multiple international companies including global roles at British Telecom, Telstra, and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corporation (NTT). Mary was a Co-Founding member of Wandarra Pty Ltd & remained in a Management position until 2025. Mary served as a board member & head of Queensland Hemp Council, as well as a committee member of numerous sub committees of the Australian Hemp Council.
